By entering this promotion, all participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to individuals preparing to attend prom. Participants under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. Entrants must be available on the scheduled service and photoshoot date. Client must be local to Hampton roads area (757).
2. Prize Description
The selected winner will receive a complimentary prom makeover experience, which includes:

Professional makeup application

One prom dress (based on available inventory)

A photoshoot session
The total prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and holds no cash value.
3. Booking & Redemption
The winner must respond within the designated timeframe to claim the prize. All services must be scheduled and completed on the assigned date(s). Failure to confirm, arrive on time, or comply with scheduling requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and remains at the sole discretion of She’s A 10.
4. Travel & Expenses
The winner is solely responsible for all transportation to and from service locations. Any additional expenses not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
5. Health & Safety
Participants are required to disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to receiving services. She’s A 10 is not liable for any adverse reactions to products or materials used during the makeover or photoshoot process.
6. Service Standards
All services will be performed to the highest professional standard and to the best of our ability. However, specific results or individual expectations are not guaranteed.
7. Conduct & Compliance
The winner agrees to act in a respectful and cooperative manner. Failure to adhere to policies, instructions, or scheduled times may result in immediate cancellation of services without compensation.
8. Liability Release
By participating, entrants and the selected winner agree to release and hold harmless She’s A 10, its owner, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions arising from participation in this giveaway or use of the prize.
9. Media & Promotional Release
By entering this giveaway, participants grant She’s A 10 the right to use photos, videos, and related content for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes without additional compensation.
10. General Conditions
She’s A 10 reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the giveaway at any time if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. All decisions regarding the selection of the winner and execution of services are final.
