Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel 2 weeks prior to appointment for a partial refund. Photos take up to 2 weeks to be edited. Unless an expedited fee is paid. All payments must be made in full by the day of photo session. Photos will NOT be returned until payment is made in full. All deposits are non refundable deposits, however appointment can be rescheduled at a later date. Deposit & Retainer Policy: The deposit paid serves as a retainer for consultation, studio/venue booking, and securing the official date for services. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it compensates for the time, preparation, and resources allocated in advance.
