Cancellation Policy

🔒 She’s a 10 Beauty & Salon Service Policy Welcome to She’s a 10! We’re committed to providing exceptional beauty services in a professional, safe, and respectful environment. To ensure fairness, protect our time, and maintain high-quality experiences for all clients, please review and adhere to the following policies: ✨ Booking & Deposits • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your slot. Deposits go toward your final service total. • No deposit = No appointment. No exceptions. • Full payment is due immediately after services are rendered. 🕒 Late Policy • You are granted a 15-minute grace period. • 16+ minutes late = automatic cancellation and loss of deposit. You must reschedule with a new deposit. • Chronic tardiness may result in denial of future bookings. 🚫 No-Call / No-Show • No-calls/no-shows will forfeit retainer deposit and will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total due to loss of reserved time. • You will be blocked from booking future appointments until payment is received. 🔁 Cancellations & Reschedules • Must be made at least 12-24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit one time. • Same-day cancellations = deposit forfeited. • After 1 reschedule, a new deposit is required. 📸 Before & After Photos • We reserve the right to take and use before-and-after photos/videos for marketing purposes. • Your identity and privacy will be respected if anonymity is requested. 🔍 Service Satisfaction • If there is a concern with your service, notify us within 48 hours. • We do not offer refunds, but will happily make reasonable corrections if an error was made. 💳 Payment Methods • We accept: Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and major credit/debit cards. • No CashApp, Venmo, or personal checks. 💼 Fraud Prevention • Chargebacks, disputes, or false claims will result in immediate legal action and permanent blacklisting. • We record all services with timestamps, client intake forms, and receipts for fraud protection. 🚷 Respect Policy • No extra guests or children unless receiving a service. • Disrespectful behavior, threats, or harassment will result in immediate termination of services and reporting to authorities if necessary. By booking with She’s a 10, you agree to all of the above policies. These rules are in place to protect both you and us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
